Dorothy Lane Market to enter Cincinnati as anchor of $150M mixed-use development in Mason

The City of Mason announced an agreement to purchase 27 acres at Western Row Road and Mason-Montgomery Road to secure the site for a signature office development envisioned to feature vertical office buildings, vertical parking, and collaborative open green space. The campus is planned to include up to 200,000 square feet of office, R&D, and laboratory space and positions the city to generate approximately 800 new jobs in Mason’s targeted innovation sectors.
