Out of the 20 projects mentioned by the Cincinnati Business Courier that will reshape Greater Cincinnati in 2022, Mason is home to two of the top five. The first is the construction of the Mercy Health-Kings Mills Hospital, a 60-bed location that is projected to bring nearly 200 jobs to the area. The second is the $150M mixed-use development project, with 80,000 square feet of specialty retail and restaurant space, 27 acres for an innovation business park, and Dorothy Lane Market, the first of the region.
