Mason R&D Park

An Intentional, Focused Growth Plan

Positioned on 400 acres north of Bethany Road between U.S. 42 and State Route 741, the Mason R&D Park has been in the making for more than a decade through thoughtful land use planning and building connections around the country for best in class developments. Working partnership with JobsOhio and Duke Energy, the City began by compiling site readiness evaluations, a process that engaged national site location consultants to best position the property for ideal growth partners.

Part of a long-term strategy, the Mason R&D Park is not only creating jobs and investment in the region, but fostering an integrated infrastructure to allow industry, public sector, and educational institutions to collaborate across disciplines. This type of thinking is leading national and international tech, automation, aerospace, and biohealth investments, creating a new value proposition in these sectors.

The combination of public-private partnerships, access to top-tier talent, and leading supply chain partners creates a forward-thinking campus, which is already gaining momentum. The Mason R&D Park is specifically designed to give Mason companies the environment to connect and create and the physical space to grow, which is attracting industry leaders, jobs, and new investment to the City.
